Here at Craze Craft we're a fun and friendly community, our official launch for our first game mode is on 23rd March 2020. We have been changing and designing our server into what players would want the game mode to be like to have a more fun and active player base. How long does it take for me to receive my purchase in-game?
When you purchase a package from our webstore make sure to be in game to claim it, it usually takes 5-15 minutes to claim it if everything goes right.
What other payment method is accepted?
We currently only accept PayPal at the moment but we will be adding more payment methods in the futre. Why PayPal? PayPal allows you to pay with your PayPal Balance or any leading Credit/Debit card providers.
What happens if I open a chargeback?
When you chargeback or dispute your account will automatically be banned on our server by our webstore. You will also be blacklisted in all minecraft servers that are assiociated with Buycraft webstores.
If you have accidentally bought an item twice or happened to be in a similar situation just contact our support team on discord and we will help you out!
